Imagine your best friends opened a bar in their basement in the ’70s. Think leather booths, velvet paintings, wood paneling. Now add in a sunny patio and zero pretentiousness. A pinch of sass, a sprinkle of quirkiness, and before you know it, you’ve got the recipe for your new favorite neighborhood bar. The Advice Booth is women-owned and operated by two longtime Portland bartenders. You can enjoy a wiener (beef or vegan) and a selection of craft beer and cider on tap. Get adventurous and try a vegan Jell-O shot. Or heck, bring in food from anywhere you want and we’ll dump nacho cheese all over it! We are an LGBTQIA+ safe space and everyone is welcome unless you are under 21 or a total jerk. Come in for the life-sized black velvet Burt Reynolds painting, stay for the delicious cocktails and the warm feeling of belonging to our little community, just as you are.

Join in the fun at Advice Booth every Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Nights include four rounds of trivia with the occasional audio round. Prizes are awarded for the top three trivia teams and one other team of our choosing.
