Pinky’s is a woman-owned whiskey bar in North Portland with damn fine pizza. Featuring over 460 bottles of whiskey, 8 local beer taps, and a brilliant selection of Italian wine bottles, we back up the booze with unique gourmet ingredients.

Whiskey connoisseurs, Dungeon and Dragons nerds and Pizza snobs get together to roll d20’s and discuss the finer points of vermouth. A weird mix of East Coast straight forward “you’ll drink what we tell you to drink” paired with an unexpected whiskey selection and an incredible Manhattan menu. Pinky’s is Latina Woman owned and operated, LGBTQ+ safe and full of loads of weird art.

Join in the fun at Pinky’s Pizza every Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Nights include four rounds of trivia with the occasional audio round. Prizes are awarded for the top three trivia teams and one other team of our choosing.
